Bracken Hills Yorkshire Preserves are produced at Elvington near York in converted farm buildings at West House Farm.
We use only the finest ingredients to produce our huge range of jams chutneys and hot sauces using locally grown ingredients where possible.
We use fresh local chillies and soft fruits grown for us by local growers and we manage an ancient Orchard at Sutton on Derwent producing rare and old varieties of Apples Pears and Plums
The hedgrows around the Farm and Orchard supply us with crab apples sloes and elderflowers
The business was started in 2005 and is a Familly business employing freinds and local people who take pride in what they produce and sell.
our wide range covers all tastes from traditional to modern and are gluten free GM free suitable for vegetarians and we also have low and no added sugar products.
